Bravalia’s mission is simple: to deliver practical, expert training and coaching in the art and craft of account management (aka client services) so client services professionals will measurably improve their effectiveness and also progress in their careers. Bravalia offers a number of progressive training options targeted to client services teams and individuals within an agency environment whose primary responsibility is the management of client relationships and account growth.

Training for Company Client-Facing Teams

Bravalia offers training targeted to non-agency client service or customer service teams or individuals, such as product or technology company customer success teams — literally any client-facing resources responsible for client/customer satisfaction, product/service adoption, or revenue growth.

Career Coaching for Individuals

Bravalia offers individual client services practitioners coaching to enhance their skills towards career advancement. Coaching can be delivered in-person, via telephone, or via web conference. Scheduling is flexible to the individual’s availability, including short-notice if necessary or appropriate.
