A Curriculum Evolved from Experience

Each of Bravalia’s training workshops are derived from decades of experience across myriad clients, industries, methodologies, and more. The content of each workshop is organized around two central knowledge segments: Account Basics and The Three Pillars of Account Management. Each workshop delivers a progressively deeper exploration of the topics within each segment.

All workshops follow a similar agenda:

Account Basics

The Account Basics module centers on developing basic skills common to any client services professional responsible for a relationship with an internal or external clientele. Think of this module as the Boot Camp of client services — it’s truly foundational and will be built upon later in the workshop. Included within this module are the following topics:
