Training for Agency Client Services

Bravalia offers a number of progressive training options targeted to client services teams and individuals within an agency environment whose primary responsibility is the management of client relationships and account growth. All training is delivered in an interactive workshop style, ideally in-person however the Essentials workshop can be facilitated remotely via web conferencing.

Account Management Essentials

  • Description: This interactive workshop provides an overview of the Bravalia Account Management Core Curriculum, intended to familiarize participants with the topics and allow for brief Q&A and culminates with a short quiz to reinforce the learning experience.

  • Audience: One or more account management professionals from entry level through experienced, approximately Account Director-level.

  • Duration: 3.5 hours for the workshop, delivered ideally in one half-day segment (morning or afternoon).

  • Cost: US$1,500

 

Account Management Essentials Plus

  • Description: This interactive workshop explores the Bravalia Account Management Core Curriculum, at a deeper level than the basic Essentials program. More time is allocated to highlight real world examples and Q&A. The workshop includes a series of short quizzes to reinforce the learning experience.

  • Audience: One or more account management professionals from entry level through experienced, approximately Account Director-level.

  • Duration: 7.0 hours for the workshop, delivered ideally in one calendar day. Daily schedule is 3.5 hours in the morning, 1.0 hour break for lunch/work, and then 3.5 hours in the afternoon.

  • Cost: US$2,750

 

Account Management Immersion

  • Description: This interactive workshop delivers a comprehensive exploration of the Bravalia Account Management Core Curriculum. Delivered as a fully-interactive lecture with a greater level of audience participation and plenty of real-world examples. A liberal amount of time is allocated to Q&A to ensure participants have all questions answered, plus a series of short quizzes will be used to reinforce the learning experience.

  • Audience: One or more account management professionals from entry level through experienced, approximately Account Director-level.

  • Duration: 14.0 hours for the workshop, delivered ideally in two consecutive calendar days. Daily schedule is 3.5 hours in the morning, 1.0 hour break for lunch/work, and then 3.5 hours in the afternoon.

  • Cost: US$5,000

 

Account Plan Deep Dive

  • Description: This interactive workshop focuses completely on developing and managing an annual Account Plan, an absolute must-have for all agency accounts with any growth potential. Note: This workshop is wholly included within the Account Management Immersion training outlined above, or can be delivered as a stand-alone workshop as described here.

  • Audience: One or more account management professionals from entry level through experienced, approximately Account Director-level.

  • Duration: 3.5 hours for the workshop, delivered ideally in one half-day segment (morning or afternoon).

  • Cost: US$1,500
