Absolutely passionate about Client Services, Bravalia was conceived to help Client Services professionals deliver on the promise of truly exceptional client servicing. Not just “okay" client servicing. Not just “pretty darn good” client servicing. But “Really Exceptional” client servicing. Anything less isn’t good enough.

Bravalia

The name comes from an amalgamation of the word “Brave” and the suffix “alia”, meaning “a collection or group”. Hence, Brave group. That’s Bravalia.

About me

Hello, I’m Mark Mueller. I’ve enjoyed an amazing and memorable professional career over the past 24 or so years. That includes nearly a dozen different agencies (not including my own, twice); some great, some not so great, and others in between. I’ve worked alongside many dozens of other agencies and companies in support of the 60+ clients I’ve managed over the years, and that includes some of the biggest, and also some of the smallest, companies out there. And I’ve worked client-side a few times, just to remind myself that I preferred to work on the agency-side.

As you’d expect, I’ve worked with some amazing people and others I would prefer not to cross paths with again. I’ve also traveled the world professionally, and had both the great fortune of working with some really cool people across many cultures, and also experienced some really awkward or challenging times presented by those cultural and geographical differences.

In a nutshell, I’ve seen and experienced quite a lot. I’ve enjoyed many great successes and also made mistakes. I’ve always had very high standards for myself and believe that both continuous learning and enjoying your work are essential ingredients to a meaningful career. Bravalia is the means to share my vast craft knowledge and experiences with others in the Account Management/Client Services profession. I really enjoy training and mentoring, and hope that I can help others improve their skills and advance their careers.
