  • Description: This interactive workshop, adapted specifically for non-agency client servicing professionals, provides an overview of the Bravalia Core Curriculum, intended to familiarize participants with the critical topics and culminates with a short quiz to reinforce the learning experience.

  • Audience: One or more client servicing professionals from entry level through experienced, approximately Director-level.

  • Duration: 3.5 hours for the workshop, delivered ideally in one half-day segment (morning or afternoon).

  • Description: This interactive forum explores a single topic relevant to client or customer services professionals. Let’s just pick a topic and get it scheduled — lunch time is always popular. New topics will be added regularly. Examples include: “Dealing With Difficult Customers”, “Cross-Selling”, “Working With Clients in Other Countries”, and “Fixing A Broken Engagement”. Best Practices are presented for discussion amongst the group of participants.
